The combination of maltodextrin and fructose provides 40 grams of fast-acting carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 glucose to fructose ratio. Dosage

You can consume up to three gels per hour. Depending on your carbohydrate intake - ideally using the 1:0.8 series - you can increase your total carbohydrate intake to 120-130 grams per hour with the GEL 40 Apple 1:0.8. When opening the gel, make sure to tear it from right to left (front-facing view).

Ist nutze Fast-carb und die Gels.
1. Das Getränke-Pulver so wenig süß schmeckend, daß ich mich manchmal frage, ob ich vergessen hab. Aber der Unterschied ist deutlich spürbar und wirksam!! Es könnte etwas besser sich vermischen, aber ein Stern Abzug wäre deshalb zu viel!! Also kaum süß aber geschmackvoll.
2.Gels sind wirklich unterschiedlich im Geschmack. Die Tuben funktionieren gut + praktisch!! Und auch die Energie-Zufuhr ist wirksam und nützt wirklich!! Außer meine selbstgebackenen Amaranth-Riegel nutze ich nichts andere mehr, weil sie gut nutzbar, wirksam und verdaulich sind. Top!!

Perfekt

Geschmacklich sehr gut und für mich auch sehr verträglich bei allen möglichen Intensitäten. Auch bei längeren Einheiten mit mehreren Gels wird es nicht eklig oder so sondern bleibt lecker und man freut sich auf den Konsum.
