    In an initial conversation, we get to know each other and talk openly about the role, our work environment, and your expectations.
  3. Personal Meeting
    You get an insight into our team and how we work. This quickly shows us whether it's a good fit, professionally and personally.
  4. Starting Together
    If it's a good fit for both sides, we look forward to starting together at MNSTRY.
