GEL 40 CAFFEINE is our compact energy source with the extra kick for intensive units and competitions.

The unique mix of different carbohydrate sources (maltodextrin of different chain lengths, agenanova & fructose) ensures the best possible absorption of the 40g carbohydrates. This means that the energy is available to your body after just a short time.  

Thanks to the exceptionally good tolerance, carbohydrate intake of up to 120g per hour is possible (with prior "train the gut"). The total weight of only 60g makes it easier to take several gels with you.  

The Cherry flavor contains 75mg of caffeine from natural sources, Matcha green tea even 100mg.

Super Gel, öffnen schwierig

Das Gel schmeckt mir sehr gut und es ist extrem verträglich (da geht auch ein Gel jede halbe Stunde). Leider funktioniert das mit dem Öffnen nicht so wie gedacht. Beim Fahren reißt die Packung nie so auf, dass man sich die Finger nicht klebrig machen würde und der Verschluss an der Packung hängen bliebe.

Gute Verträglichkeit, schlechter Geschmack

Wie alle MNSTRY-Gels vertrage ich auch Cherry Caffeine sehr gut. Andere negative Aspekte, die hier kritisiert wurden wie Süsse und Öffnen kann ich so nicht bemängeln, da ich schon deutlich süssere Produkte anderer Hersteller verzehrt habe. Das Öffnen der Beutel geht für mich völlig in Ordnung.
Jedoch sagt mir der Geschmack überhaupt nicht zu, den finde ich persönlich zu künstlich. Leider ein Hauptkriterium, daher 2 Sterne Abzug.
