The unique composition of different carbohydrate suppliers (maltodextrin of different chain lengths, Agenanova & fructose) ensures the best possible absorption of the 40g carbohydrates . This means that the energy is available to your body after just a short time.

Thanks to the exceptionally good tolerability , carbohydrate intake of up to 120g per hour is possible (if you “train the gut” beforehand). The total weight of just 60g makes it easier to take several gels with you.

Guter Geschmack, etwas erfrischender als das Mango Gel, vor allem wenn es wärmer ist. Super Verträglichkeit und Wirkung! Durch den etwas höheren Salzgehalt auch etwas besser für die Wärme geeignet und dadurch vor allem an warmen Tagen mein Go-To Gel. Nutze parallel das Mango, vor allem wegen der Abwechslung, da ich in der Regel 2-3 Geld pro Einheit nutze.
