This drink mix uses isomaltulose (Palatinose™) as its carbohydrate source. Compared to other carbohydrate drinks, SLOW CARB results in a significantly slower and more sustained rise in blood sugar, which does not impair fat metabolism. At the same time, it supports the preservation of muscle glycogen, which is especially beneficial for endurance sessions at low intensity. The high mineral content in citrate salt form supports fluid absorption and helps prevent dehydration.

SLOW CARB HEAT is suitable for both amateur and professional athletes during less intense endurance sessions in hot temperatures or indoor training. Isomaltulose (Palatinose™) provides 40 grams of carbohydrates in a 1:1 glucose to fructose ratio. Our products are developed in collaboration with international top athletes and teams to deliver the best possible results. Regular lab tests by Informed Sport ensure they are safe for use in competitive sports.

Dosage

Per serving, we recommend two MNSTRY spoons of SLOW CARB HEAT (weighed: 40 grams) mixed with 500 ml of water per hour.
For longer sessions, we recommend FAST CARB HEAT or POWER CARB HEAT starting from the third hour. Optionally, you can add a PORRIDGE BAR. Note: We advise not exceeding the maximum dose of 90 grams per hour.

Schmeckt super & Gut verträglich

Nutze das Iso aktuell hauptsächlich zum laufen, funktioniert bei Ausdauereinheiten hervorragend, ich kombiniere es oft noch mit einem Gel oder einem Riegel, wenn mir die 40g Carbs nicht genug sind. Es ist tatsächlich eher sauer, ich persönlich liebe das aber, die meisten anderen Iso-Getränke sind mit zu süß und dementsprechend nach 3-4 Stunde irgendwann auch nur noch ekelig zum trinken. Schmeckt wie ne super leckere saure Limo, geschmacklich mein Lieblingsprodukt.

Guter Versorgung für LIT! Leider zuletzt nur etwas zu sauer

Nutze das Produkt schon über ein Jahr und es ist ein zuverlässiger Energielieferant für low-intensity Training.
Es schmeckte mir sehr gut eigentlich, aber zuletzt ist es sehr sauer. Vielleicht wurde die Rezeptur angepasst.

Performance super, geschmack leider schlecht

Hallo, finde das Produkt ansich super, also die Performance ist richtig richtig geil, finde nur leider den Geschmack viel zu sauer, weshalb es mir beim laufen leider nicht so gut bekommt, schade weil ich eure Produkte gerade auch vom Geschmack ansonsten immer richtig gut finde.
Maßbecher fehlt!!!

Sauer macht lustig

Ich finde es ok, allerdings schon relativ sauer - muss man mögen. Löst sich wie der Rest der Produkte gut auf. Kirsche finde ich geschmacklich aber nochmal stärker.
