Dosage

Per serving, we recommend two MNSTRY scoops of RECOVERY SHAKE (weighed: 40 grams) with 300 ml of a plant-based drink, milk or water. For optimal recovery, we suggest consuming the RECOVERY SHAKE within the first 60 minutes following training or competition to support the body's recovery processes.

Bestes Produkt

Der shake war mein Einstieg in die Produkte von Mnstry . Ein Hammer Produkt . Ich könnte mir ein Training ohne nicht mehr Vorstellen, bzw. hab ich es getestet und es wäre ein großer Rückschritt ohne .

Schmeckt aber löst sich nicht gut

Ist leicht zu machen und damit super nach dem Fahren. Der Shake trägt seinen Teil zum Regenerieren bei. Finde den Geschmack mit (Hafer-)Milch sehr gut, aber das ist natürlich subjektiv. Wegen der nicht so guten Löslichkeit gibt es nur 4/5.
