Different carbohydrate sources (maltodextrin of different chain lengths & fructose) ensure the best possible absorption of the 40g of carbohydrates. This means that the energy is available to your body after a short time.

Thanks to the very good tolerance, carbohydrate intake of up to 120g per hour is possible (with prior "train the gut"). The total weight of just 60g makes it easier to take several gels with you.

Moin,

Mnstry Gels sind top und bringen einen gut über den Marathon. Ich vertrage alle gut und nehme auch alle abwechselnd über die gesamte Distanz.

Das Gel schmeckt sehr süß

Das Gel schmeckt sehr süß, aber für mich passte es. Ich hatte am Anfang Probleme die Verpackung zu öffnen, später ging es dann besser.
