Gel 40 Apple is the first MNSTRY gel with a carbohydrate mixture of 1:0.8 (glucose:fructose).

If you aim for the highest possible carbohydrate intake of over 100-110g / h, especially during long competitions, you should pay attention to a higher fructose content in the products you consume in order to effectively use both transporters on the intestinal wall (SGLT1 and GLUT5). Both transporters can absorb around 60 g/h, which is why fructose is interesting here.

ICE GEL 40 Neutral 1:0.8 is the perfect source of energy in very warm conditions.

The gel is deep-frozen in the freezer compartment and can then be used immediately as ICE gel if necessary, thereby supporting the cooling of the body. The neutral taste is pleasant and slightly refreshing at any time, the subtle lemon note has a pleasantly unobtrusive effect.

Like our other gels, the gel can also be consumed unfrozen.

It tried different bike foods. The MNSTRY range gives me very good enery during the day and the taste is very good. I love the fact that the products are Vegan. I do multi day events on my mountainbike, maybe you also could make sachets with 120 grs carbs for one bottle of 750 ml? Easy to take with you💪👍

Eigentlich 5 Sterne....

Die Produkte sind wie immer top verträglich und haben eine schnelle effiziente Wirkung.
Das Icegel ist geschmacklich für mich das beste aber das Gel zu öffnen während der Laufeinheit sehr schwierig.... daher nur 4 Sterne.... 🌟 da solltet Ihr unbedingt nachbessern dann wären es auch 5 Sterne ....
