Liebe Kerstin, gerne klären wir den Verbleib deiner Lieferung bzw. schicken einfach neu raus. Sonderlich fair finden wir deine Bewertung jedoch nicht. Einerseits kann unser Recovery Shake nichts für etwaige Versäumnisse unseres Logistikpartners und andererseits haben wir die von dir angesprochene Mail erst ein paar Minuten nach dieser Bewertung von dir erhalten. Wie hätten wir also schon vor Erhalt einer Mail auf eine zu diesem zeitpunkt noch nicht existente Mail antworten können? Schönen Gruß, dein mnstry-Team.
