This energy gel combines a complex mix of maltodextrin and fructose, quickly raising blood sugar levels to provide you with the energy you need in no time. Compared to conventional gels, our formula- partly thanks to the use of different types of maltodextrin- has a notably low osmolarity. This allows for rapid stomach emptying and high digestibility.

Natural lemon gives the GEL 40 Lemon a refreshing fruity taste without any artificial flavor. By strictly avoiding flavorings and artificial sweeteners, our nutrition products are easy on the stomach. They are gluten-free, soy-free, lactose-free and 100% vegan.

GEL 40 Lemon

GEL 40 Lemon is perfect for both amateur and professional athletes. The combination of different maltodextrins and fructose provides 40 grams of quickly available carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio. Our products are developed with international top athletes and teams to deliver the best results. Regular lab tests by Informed Sport guarantee their safe use in competitive sports.

Ingredients

Water, maltodextrin, fructose, lemon juice (from concentrate), pectin, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate), sea salt, calcium lactate, preservatives (potassium sorbate).

None of the 14 allergens listed under the EU Food Information Regulation.

Dosage

You can consume up to three gels per hour. Depending on your carbohydrate intake from a drink mix and/or bars, you can increase your total carbohydrate intake to 80–100 grams per hour with the GEL 40 Lemon. When opening, be sure to tear the gel from right to left (front-facing view).

Kombiniere die Gels gerne mit den Powercarbs in der Marathonvorbereitung.... Geschmacklich eher unspektakulär aber für mich besser als das Mangogel....

Power Gel

Das Gel tut das was es soll. Schmeckt und ist nicht zu süß, sehr gut verträglich, unterstützt und gibt Power.
Eignet sich hervorragend auch in der Trinkflasche im Verhältnis ca. 0,7 L/1Gel. Da ich Unverträglichkeiten und Allergien habe, probierte ich unterschiedlicher Produkte und habe jetzt mein Gel gefunden.

Wirkt und schmeckt

Die MNSTRY Gels sind alle empfehlenswert, sowohl geschmacklich als auch in Bezug auf die Leistung. Der Geschmack ist viel natürlicher als bei anderen Produkten, und deshalb nimmt man sie gern auch über lange Zeit zu sich.

Mega! Zitrone, aber süß!

Gel40 ist ein Gamechanger für mich gewesen!
40g KH/Gel, natürlich, top verträglich! Andere kommen mit "Chemie" auf 25g...
Ich meide Koffein, daher fällt die Wahl auf Mango und Lemon. Letzteres ist absoluter Favorit geworden, wenngleich ich beide variiere, um bei Langen Einheiten den Gaumen etwas bei Laune zu halten.
