Plus, each serving packs 75 mg of caffeine for an added performance boost. Developed in collaboration with top international athletes and teams, our products are designed to give you the best results. Water, maltodextrin, fructose, sour cherry juice (from concentrate), pectin, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate), sea salt, caffeine, calcium lactate, preservatives (potassium sorbate).

Dosage

You can consume up to three gels per hour, as long as you adhere to the following guideline: 3–6 mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight per hour. Depending on additional carbohydrate intake from a drink mix and/or bars, you can use the GEL 40 Caffeine Cherry to increase your total carbohydrate intake to 80–100 grams per hour.
