Sehr zu empfehlen

Ich mache nun seit 3 Monate täglich Sport und habe meinen täglichen Kalorien Verbrauch verdoppelt bzw. verdreifacht.
Slow carbs und fast carbs während des tradings bewirken wirklich Wunder, das hätte ich nicht erwartet.
Dank des Recovery Shake ist man am nächsten Tag auch bereit für die nächste Einheit.

Mit Geschmack und Verträglichkeit bin ich voll zufrieden!
Die ice gels habe ich noch nicht getestet.

Habe noch nicht alles probiert, muss aber sagen, dass das Mangogel schmeckt hervorragend und ist auch bekömmlich. Matcha fand ich extrem. Hab’s auch gut vertragen aber geschmacklich nicht mein Ding.
