RACE CARB X is our unique carbohydrate drink especially for long-term endurance competitions when external nutrition is difficult.

The special blend of different carbohydrate sources (rice syrup, fructose, tapioca starch) makes it possible to consume up to 120 g of carbohydrates per hour - with an intake of just 120 ml of RACE CARB X.

The unique drink concentrate was developed together with top triathlete Laura Philipp. It is ideal for all (long-duration) training sessions and competitions when the amount of food and drink you can take with you is limited, as all the energy you need is contained in just one bottle!

Top Verpflegung - Mischverhältnis wochtig

Verträglichkeit und Absorption von 80g KH/h kein Problem. Nach 5 Stunden natürlich geschmacklich irgendwann schwierig auszuhalten. Wichtig: Pur würde ich es nicht trinken, sondern 500ml mit 200ml Wasser mischen, dazu etwas Salz um den Natriumgehalt zu erhöhen. Generell mit Wasser nachspülen. In Kombination mit Riegeln zur Abwechslung eine optimale Verpflegung für lange Einheiten oder eine Langdistanz.


Ich hab in einer langen (5h) intensiven Einheit die maximale empfohlene Menge mit ordentlich Wasser zugeführt und hab es super vertragen. Die Energiebereitstellung hat mich überzeugt. Ich werde es für lange harte Trainingseinheiten und Wettkämpfe nutzen.

Sehr gut verträglich mit schneller Wirkung

Die meiner Meinung nach beste Verpflegung bei intensiven Einheiten und im Wettkampf. Lässt sich mithilfe einer Waage praktisch dosieren und löst sich im Gegensatz zu Pulver sehr gut in Wasser. Pur würde ich es nicht empfehlen da es starkes Sodbrennen verursacht. Also immer mit Wasser zusammen konsumieren.

Sehr gut verträglich

Für mich die beste hochdosierbare und individuell zu mischende Verpflegung für intensive Einheiten und im Wettkampf. Mit Wasser nachgespült habe ich nie Probleme bei der Aufnahme unter Belastung.
