Ingredients

Maltodextrin (EU), fructose, 8% pineapple powder (maltodextrin, pineapple juice concentrate, acidity regulator: citric acid), minerals (calcium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, rock salt).

Dosage

Geschmacklich zurückhaltend - Wirkung super

Ich habe nach erfolgreichem Testen von Fast Carb auch die Steigerung zu Power Carb sehr gut vertragen. Ich hatte mit RuK 2025 mein erstes Radevent und habe mich wochenlang vorher mit der Ernährung auf dem Rad/während der Fahrt beschäftigt. Als erstes Fast Carb beim Training probiert und dann noch einmal Power Carb vorm Event ausprobiert: beides funktioniert einwandfrei und gibt reichlich Energie, bei recht zurückhaltenden Geschmack (speziell was die Süße angeht). Speziell die Vergleichsfahrten OHNE Fast / Power Carb zeigten dann, dass ich häufiger zu Riegel oder Gel greifen musste.
Ich kann Power Carb also komplett empfehlen. Auch im Verbund mit den Mnstry Gels oder Riegeln funktioniert die Mischung sehr gut.

Top, Geschmack besser als bei dem ersten von einer anderen Firma was ich teste. Kann ich jeden empfehlen, der zum ersten Mal so etwas testet für Halb- oder Marathon. Reizdarmerkrankte können dies verwenden ;) Mein Bauch hat nicht gekniffen oder sonste was. Und vor allem nicht zu süß und klebrig. Konsistenz super, löst sich sehr gut auf.
