Dosage

Per serving, we recommend four MNSTRY scoops of POWER CARB Pineapple (weighed: 80 grams) mixed with 500 ml of water. For longer sessions, you can ideally increase your total energy intake with a GEL 40 or an INTENSITY BAR.

Sehr gut verträglich

Top, Geschmack besser als bei dem ersten von einer anderen Firma was ich teste. Kann ich jeden empfehlen, der zum ersten Mal so etwas testet für Halb- oder Marathon. Reizdarmerkrankte können dies verwenden ;) Mein Bauch hat nicht gekniffen oder sonste was. Und vor allem nicht zu süß und klebrig. Konsistenz super, löst sich sehr gut auf.

Wirkung und Inhaltsstoffe, Verträglichkeit und Geschmack überzeugen mich schon länger. Auch bei längeren, intensiven Aktivitäten wie Langdistanzen kann ich von den Gel40 ausreichend zu mir nehmen ohne das der Körper in irgendeiner Form negativ reagiert - selbst wenn weniger Wasser dazu eingenommen wird.
Das PowerCarb gleichermaßen perfekt, hoch dosierbar und Verträglichkeit sowie Geschmack ohne einen einzigen Kritikpunkt.
