This high-performance gel has been developed to enable carbohydrate absorption of up to 100 grams per hour when combined with other 2:1 series products.

Natural mango and orange give ICE GEL 40 Mango & Orange an exotic, fruity flavor and provide phytonutrients, minerals, and vitamins. Frozen, it is an effective source of energy in the heat. Unfrozen, it has a slightly more liquid consistency and can therefore be consumed without additional fluid intake.

Although this product is designed for high carbohydrate absorption, we recommend gradually training the digestive system to increased carbohydrate intake during exertion.

Especially during intense endurance exercise in hot conditions and during indoor sessions, the gel's cooling effect supports body temperature regulation. Our products are developed in collaboration with elite international athletes and teams to ensure the best possible performance. Every batch is lab-tested by Informed Sport, guaranteeing its safe use in competitive sports.

Important: The gel should be frozen upright.

Dosage

You can consume up to two gels per hour. Your total carbohydrate intake can be increased to up to 100 grams per hour with ICE GEL 40 Mango & Orange - ideally in combination with other 2:1 series products. Note when opening: Tear open the gel from right to left (from front view).

Geschmack Top, Öffnen Flop

Der Geschmack und Konsistenz ist genau das, was man erwartet. Rund und gut zu essen. Leider war es mir nicht möglich die Verpackung mit den Händen oder Zähnen während der Einheit zu öffnen. Ich musste zum Schluss absteigen und mir eine Schere holen um das Gefrorene Gel zu verzehren. Das kommt auf der Rolle und auch draußen zu Unterbrechungen. Das sollte man noch einmal prüfen und gegebenenfalls nachbessern.

Geschmack Top, Verpackung Flop

Lässt sich leider sehr schlecht öffnen. Der Geschmack ist sehr angenehm und wie alle MNSTRY Gel nicht zu süß

Dieses Gel habe ich noch nicht getestet, war einfach noch nicht warm genug. Ist aber sicherlich genauso super wie die anderen.
