Terms of Participation

By registering your customer account, you automatically participate in our bonus program MNSTRY CARB CLUB. Points are credited to your account for every non-discounted purchase in our shop. Additionally, you can earn points by referring new customers to our shop. You can redeem your points for discounts in our shop. Cash payouts are not possible. In the case of a cancellation of an order, the used points will be credited back to your account. You can view your current points balance and other information at any time under MNSTRY CARB CLUB. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the bonus program at any time, with due consideration for the legitimate interests of our customers and following proper notice. How can I earn points?

As soon as you create an account in our shop, you automatically join our CARB CLUB and start earning points for future orders.

The number of points may vary. From time to time, we run limited-time promotions during which you can collect more points than usual. You can always find an up-to-date overview of the bonus amounts in our CARB CLUB section under "Earn Points."

When will my points be credited?

Your earned points for an order will be credited as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.

How does the referral program work?

You can share this link with your friends and family members (referred individuals). If someone creates a customer account in our shop through your link and places their first order with a minimum purchase value of €40, you will receive your reward as soon as their order is shipped.

If the referred individual cancels their order or later returns it, the points earned through their order will be deducted from your account.

What happens if I cancel or return my order?

In this case, the points earned from the order will be deducted from your account.

When do my bonus points expire?

Your bonus points will expire if you do not place an order in our shop or perform any other actions to earn points (e.g., referring friends) within 12 months after your last order.
