Conditions of participation
By registering your customer account, you automatically participate in our bonus program MNSTRY CARB CLUB. You will be credited with points for every non-discounted purchase in our shop. You can also earn points by referring new customers to our shop. You can redeem your points for discounts in our shop. Cash payments are not possible. If you cancel an order, the points used will be credited back to your account. You can view your current points balance and other information at any time under CARB CLUB. We reserve the right to change the bonus program at any time or to discontinue it after giving timely notice, while safeguarding the legitimate interests of our customers. The provider is Ministry of Nutrition GmbH.

As soon as you create an account in our shop, you automatically join our CARB CLUB and receive points for future orders.
The amount of points can vary. For example, we occasionally run limited-time promotions that allow you to collect more points than usual during the promotional period. You can find an up-to-date overview of the bonus amount in our CARB CLUB area under Collect Points.
Bonus points cannot be earned for discounted orders.
It is not possible to redeem points for cash.
We ask for your understanding that past orders cannot be awarded points.
The points you earn for an order will be credited as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.
You can send this link to your friends and family members (advertisers). If someone then creates a customer account in our shop and places their first order with a purchase value of at least €40, you will receive your reward as soon as their order has been shipped.
If the person you referred to cancels their order or returns it later, the points you collected through their order will be deducted from your account.
By the way: The person who is referred will find a small gift in their customer account: a 25% discount code for our sample box. This code is then valid for 30 days from the creation of the customer account.
In this case, the points you earned through your order will be deducted.
Your bonus points will expire if you have not placed an order in our shop for 12 months (after your last order) or if you carry out other actions that earn you points in our shop (e.g. friends recommend friends).
