Different carbohydrate sources (maltodextrin of different chain lengths & fructose) ensure the best possible absorption of the 40g of carbohydrates. This means that the energy is available to your body after a short time.

Thanks to the very good tolerance, carbohydrate intake of up to 120g per hour is possible (with prior "train the gut"). The total weight of just 60g makes it easier to take several gels with you.

Gute Mischung....

Die Gels sind wirklich sehr wirkungsvoll, sehr gut verträglich und geschmacklich nicht zu intensiv. Die Box ist sehr empfehlenswert wenn man doch etwas Abwechslung haben oder probieren möchte.
