This high-performance gel has been developed to enable carbohydrate absorption of up to 120 grams per hour when combined with other 1:0.8 series products. Its neutral flavor is particularly suitable for frequent use and a small amount of pectin gives the gel a special texture ensuring a pleasant mouthfeel.

Although this product is designed for high carbohydrate absorption, we recommend gradually training the digestive system to increased carbohydrate intake during exertion.

Dosage

You can consume up to three gels per hour. Your total carbohydrate intake can be increased up to 120 grams per hour with GEL 40 Neutral 1:0.8 - ideally in combination with other 1:0.8 series products. Note when opening: Tear open the gel from right to left (from front view).

Sehr leckeres und neutrales Gel was optimal bei harten Einheiten unterstützt.

Treibstoff

Dies war meine erste Verwendung von MNSTRY. Ich wollte einfach ein zweites Produkt testen. Ja was soll ich sagen. 3 Stunden Run mit 3 Gels, einem Riegel und Wasser. Sehr gut vertragen, keine Beschwerden in der Verdauung. Geschmack auch sehr angenehm. Jedoch die Konsistenz für mich etwas zu dünn. Dss öffnen stellt sich etwas schwierig dar. Zum nächsten Rennen werde ich 3 Gels in eine kleine Trinkflasche füllen.

Sehr gute Verträglichkeit und Geschmack

Das Gel vertrage ich sehr gut und auch der Geschmack ist dezent und nicht zu süß.
Leider finde ich die Verpackung nicht gut.
Die Perforierung zum öffnen der Verpackung ist zu schwergängig, dadurch reißt die „Trash-Chain“ ab, bevor das Gel richtig offen ist. Das sollte dringend verbessert werden.
