This high-performance caffeine gel combines a special blend of various maltodextrins, fructose, and 100 mg of caffeine to support your performance and optimize carbohydrate absorption. We recommend taking CAFFEINE GEL 40 Neutral 1:0.8 especially towards the end of a workout or race to reduce fatigue, or shortly before a short race or high-intensity session. Products in the 1:0.8 series enable particularly high carbohydrate absorption of up to 120 grams per hour. Despite its excellent digestibility, we recommend training the gastrointestinal system to adapt to higher carbohydrate intake during exercise.

The combination of maltodextrin and fructose provides 40 grams of fast-absorbable carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 glucose-to-fructose ratio. Natural coffee extract ensures a high caffeine content of 100 mg. Our products are developed in collaboration with international elite athletes and teams to deliver the best possible results. Each batch is Informed Sport certified and laboratory tested, guaranteeing its safe use in professional sports.

The total daily caffeine intake should not exceed 6 mg per kilogram of body weight, taking all caffeine sources into account. The CAFFEINE Gel 40 Neutral 1:0.8 is best taken towards the end of a race or immediately before short or intense efforts. Depending on your additional carbohydrate intake from 1:0.8 products, carbohydrate absorption of up to 120 grams per hour is possible.
