PRE SLEEP MIX

The PRE SLEEP MIX is suitable for athletes, frequent travelers, and individuals exposed to high physical or mental stress. The combination of three grams of glycine, two 250 milligrams of PeptiSleep™, and one 150 milligrams of CherryCraft® (providing 20 milligrams of polyphenols) acts specifically on sleep architecture: reduced sleep onset latency, prolonged deep sleep duration, and improved recovery. Studies demonstrate positive effects on sleep quality, melatonin levels, and recovery following physical exertion. The formulation is based on current scientific evidence and was specifically developed for use in sports and recovery contexts.
