The ANTI CRAMP SHOT was developed for targeted use during acute cramp symptoms or in phases of high neuromuscular fatigue. The combination of vinegar, cucumber juice, and electrolytes stimulates oral sensory receptors and can thus influence reflex mechanisms associated with cramp-related muscle activity. In contrast to classic hydration products, the focus is not on fluid intake but on rapid sensory stimulation. The electrolytes it contains also support electrolyte balance during intense exercise.
