Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Guadeloupe, Greece, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Colombia, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, USA, Cyprus

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order.

From an order value of €50.00, we deliver free of shipping charges. Vouchers and other digital products are not counted towards the order value for free shipping.

Delivery to Switzerland:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order. There are no customs costs or subsequent sales taxes. These are covered and paid by us.

From an order value of €95.00, we deliver free of shipping charges. Vouchers and other digital products are not counted towards the order value for free shipping.

Deliveries within Europe and outside Europe:

If delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, though not to the provider but to the relevant customs or tax authorities there. Customers are advised to inquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing an order.

From an order value of €95.00, we deliver free of shipping charges within Europe. Outside Europe, we deliver free of shipping charges from an order value of €150. Vouchers and other digital products are not counted towards the order value for free shipping.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods domestically (Germany) takes place within 2–4 days, and for international deliveries within 4–5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

Deviations from the stated delivery time may occur during promotions, events, etc.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further payment details

Payment by invoice is only available to certain businesses.

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 14 days.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged when the goods are shipped.
