GEL 40 Apple 1:0.8 uses a special combination of maltodextrins and fructose, which provide immediate energy. In combination with other 1:0.8 series products, this gel allows for a maximum carbohydrate absorption of up to 120 grams per hour. The minerals included enhance fluid absorption and support carbohydrate uptake.

Although this product is designed for high carbohydrate absorption, we recommend gradually training the digestive system to increased carbohydrate intake during exertion.

Dosage

You can consume up to three gels per hour. Depending on your carbohydrate needs you can increase your total carbohydrate absorption up to 120 grams per hour with the GEL 40 Apple 1:0.8 in combination with other 1:0.8 products. When opening, please note: Tear the gel open from right to left (from the front view).
