A healthy microbiome is essential for long-term health, especially in sports. We provide athletes with the energy they need today without jeopardizing their future. After all, sustainable success comes from long-term health, not from short-term peak performance. Our products contain no artificial sweeteners or flavors and support you during competitions, training, and everyday life without putting unnecessary strain on your body.

We work with some of the world’s top endurance athletes from cycling, running, triathlon, and other disciplines. Their achievements range from victories in the biggest gravel races to classification jerseys in Grand Tours to top finishes in long-distance triathlons and marathons. They all play an active role in our product development: They test our products in competition and training, provide direct feedback, and help design formulations that perform exactly when it counts.
 
 

From vision to a trusted name in endurance nutrition

MNSTRY was founded in 2019 by four visionaries. The goal: to develop sports nutrition products that stand out with transparent ingredients, functional formulas, and a focus on long-term health. We started with little capital, but with all the more conviction and a vision to combine scientific precision with real-world performance. Since then, we’ve made a name for ourselves in the German-speaking endurance sports community and are known for quality, transparency, and sports nutrition that is consistently tailored to the needs of athletes.
