It efficiently allows for carbohydrate intake of up to 100 grams per hour without the need to carry large amounts of water. This makes it ideal for ultra-endurance races, epic training sessions, and expeditions, where fueling stations may be limited, and hydration can be managed separately with plain water.

Dosage

Each bottle can be diluted with as much water as needed, with a minimum of 20% water. Do not exceed 125 grams of RACE CARB X per hour. For example, a 5-hour race can be fueled with 625 grams of RACE CARB X and any additional amount of water, ensuring a supply of 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour.
