The RECOVERY 8 is based on the proven Master Amino Pattern (MAP) formula and contains all eight essential amino acids that support protein metabolism. Cane sugar ensures rapid glycogen replenishment, while the combination with high-quality amino acids makes this recovery shake ideal – both for recovery after intense sessions and for energy supply before long workouts.

Natural ingredients like mango and lemon give the RECOVERY 8 a refreshing taste. Mango also contains mangiferin, a polyphenol with anti-inflammatory properties, as well as vitamins C and E – important antioxidants to reduce cellular stress. Thanks to the complete avoidance of flavorings and artificial sweeteners, our nutrition products are particularly stomach-friendly. They are gluten-free, soy-free, lactose-free and 100% vegan.

RECOVERY 8

RECOVERY 8 is suitable for every athlete after intense training or competition. One shake provides 38 grams of carbohydrates in a 1:1 glucose to fructose ratio and around 8 grams of fermented amino acids in the MAP (Master Amino Acid Pattern) formula in Ajinomoto quality for maximum absorption. Our products are developed with international elite athletes and teams to deliver the best possible performance. Every batch is lab-tested by Informed Sport, guaranteeing its safe use in competitive sports.

46.3% Mango powder (non-EU), raw cane sugar, 14% Ajinomoto amino acids (Ajipure technology, completely plant-based: L-Leucine (19.6%), L-Valine (16.6%), L-Isoleucine (14.8%), L-Lysine (14.3%), L-Phenylalanine (12.9%), L-Threonine (11.1%), L-Methionine (7.0%), L-Tryptophan (3.7%)), lemon powder, rock salt.

Dosage

Per serving, we recommend 2-2.5 MNSTRY scoops of RECOVERY 8 (weighed: 40-50 grams) mixed with 300-400 ml of water. For optimal recovery, we suggest consuming RECOVERY 8 within the first 60 minutes following training or competition to support the body's recovery processes.
