The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Guadeloupe, Greece, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Colombia, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United States, Cyprus

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order for shipping costs.

We deliver free of charge for orders over €50.00. Vouchers and other digital products are not included in the order value for free shipping.

Delivery to Switzerland:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €12.90 per order. There are no customs duties or subsequent VAT charges – these are covered and handled by us.

For orders over €150.00, we offer free shipping. Vouchers and other digital products are not included in the order value calculation for free shipping.

Deliveries abroad:

If the delivery takes place to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, however not to the provider, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. The customer is advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities before ordering.

We deliver free of charge abroad for orders over €150.00. Vouchers and other digital products are not included in the order value for free shipping.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 4 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further payment details

Payment by invoice is only possible for certain companies.

If payment is made on invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.

If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited when the goods are shipped.
